Royal Tents

Inspired by the royal caravans of yore, where travelling became a leisurely necessity, tents were created to facilitate comfort travel.

At Jodhana Heritage, this inspired us to pay homage to the travelling style of our forefathers. Our tribute to today's discerning traveler inspired us to create specially designed cotton canvas tents with large windows with pull-up flaps to allow the flow of the balmy desert breeze and provide natural light.

The interiors complement the rhythm of the desert - custom-made camp furniture with beds and bedding of Rajasthani razaais, insect netting, handmade dhurries adorn the sisal matting floor, electric hurricane lamps placed on bedside tables adequately illuminate the tents at night. Fans and electric blowers for the warm days and cool nights. Attached bathroom with running hot and cold water, washbasin, flush toilet, towels placed on towel racks, and toiletries.

Loungers placed in each tent's verandah offer a perfect place to read a book or relax with a desert breezer lemonade.
